Regional Account Representative (Toronto and Eastern Ontario)


Job Description
CRL Network is an innovative customer-service driven organization that provides advertising services to the commercial real estate community. Our vision is to change the way information about available commercial real estate is shared and exchanged. Our technology allows local businesses and real estate managers to leverage their options and assets by accessing information online.

The job of a Regional Account Representative is to sell our products to our customers. This position works within a sales team consisting of the Territory Manager and other Regional Account Representatives including our CRL Marketing Partners.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate revenues by promoting the services of CRL Ad Listings, CRL Resource partners and CRL BrokerConnect™ directory services within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Implement territory strategies to develop new and maintain existing customers, leveraging database and contact center resources.
  • Present CRL Network services to executives, management, brokers and agents within the commercial real estate community.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective marketing and service partners.
  • Consistently maintain periodic contact with our existing clients in your territory.
  • Assist clients with individual requirements as required.
  • Maintain the CRL Contact Database for all client and prospect contacts in your territory.
  • Succeed in a team selling environment, coordinating closely with field teammates for maximum cross-territory coverage.

Required Skills/Education
  • Computer literacy and must be comfortable with advanced communcations services.
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in Business to Business sales, Product or Service Provider. (Inside or Field)
  • Results and Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Detail oriented, relationship-building skills, and a passion for superb customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in any area of commercial real estate would be an asset.

Profile For Success
  • 3+ years experience selling solutions in the marketing services / advertising field.
  • Experience selling to large and small business owners/managers.
  • Solution Selling focus versus product "features".

Interaction
This position operates in a team-oriented environment. As a result, the incumbent must build and maintain strong and effective working relationships internally with the inside sales team, field sales team and customer support.

Working Conditions
The position requires you to be travelling within your territory on a regular basis prospecting, meeting with clients, and otherwise allows you to work from a home office environment.
