Regional Market Coordinator (British Columbia)


Job Description
CRL Network is an innovative customer-service driven organization that provides advertising services to the commercial real estate community. Our vision is to change the way information about available commercial real estate is shared and exchanged. Our technology allows local businesses and real estate managers to leverage their options and assets by accessing information online.

The job of a Regional Market Coordinator is to develop and manage our relationships with CRL Marketing Partners and our CRL Resource Partners. This position works with a sales team consisting of the Territory Manager, Regional Account Representatives, our CRL Marketing Partners and our customer support team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain relationships with key CRL Marketing Partners.
  • Present CRL Network services to prospective CRL Marketing Partners within the commercial real estate community.
  • Inspect and Ensure CRL Network standards and quality for CRL Signage and related services are being met by CRL Resource Partners for clients within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Implement territory strategies to develop new and maintain existing CRL Resource Parnters, leveraging database and contact center resources.
  • Consistently maintain periodic contact with our existing CRL Resource Partners and CRL Marketing Partners in your territory.
  • Assist CRL Resource Partners and CRL Marketing Partners with day-to-day requirements as required.
  • Maintain the CRL Contact Database for all CRL Resource Partners and CRL Marketing Partners in your territory.
  • Succeed in a team environment, coordinating closely with field teammates for maximum cross-territory coverage.

Required Skills/Education
  • Computer literacy and must be comfortable with advanced communcations services.
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in Business to Business sales and relationship management, Product or Service Provider.
  • Results and Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Detail oriented, relationship-building skills, and a passion for superb customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual communications in English and French would be an asset.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in any area of commercial real estate would be an asset.

Profile For Success
  • 3+ years experience in sales and relatonship management.
  • Experience in coordinating service providers with large and small business owners/managers.

Interaction
This position operates in a team-oriented environment. As a result, the incumbent must build and maintain strong and effective working relationships internally with the inside sales and field sales teams and our customer support team.

Working Conditions
The position requires you to be travelling within your territory on a regular basis meeting with CRL Marketing Partners, CRL Resource Partners and clients, and otherwise allows you to work from our regional operations offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

We offer exceptional technologies to support your activities. This position offers a competitive salary with a commissioned income over-ride. You will be responsible to provide your own vehicle for local travel.
