CRL Network is dedicated to helping you advertise and search for commercial real estate property in the most efficient manner possible.

Your Privacy

CRL Network is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling or renting individuals' personal data to other companies for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy we provide detailed information on when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure.

Your use of the CRL Network system constitutes your agreement with this policy and the CRL Network Terms of Service Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms outlined in these policies, do not use the CRL Network system.

Briefly stated, our policies reflect our belief that your information is the key component to our success:

	We do not sell, rent, loan, or otherwise distribute your personal information to commercial third parties.
	We do not divulge your personal information to our advertisers, sponsors, or business partners except as stated in this policy.
	We protect highly sensitive information with SSL or a Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology to prevent its unauthorized dissemination. Pages on which you are asked to provide personal information are completely secured by using SSL. SSL encrypts any data you provide, and it is thus made inaccessible to anyone who is unauthorized to view the information. The security of our private pages has been provided by Thawte Inc (www.thawte.com), an industry-leading Certification Authority (CA). Thawte's digital certificate has been issued to CRLNetwork.com, and it is posted on our secure pages.
	Use of the CRL Network system to send Spam is strictly forbidden and will result in the termination of access to the CRL Network system.

1. Information We Collect

Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as your name, title, phone number, email address, or mailing address. CRL Network gathers information both directly and indirectly from you and your activities on the CRL Network.com website. In addition to the incidental information which is gathered by your visit at the CRL Network.com website (such as your IP address, browser type and version, the URL from which you arrived at CRL Network, and the URL to which you will next visit) we specifically request certain information from you such as (but not limited to):

	1.1 Registration. When you register at CRL Network, we require that you provide us with certain information in exchange for the services that we provide to you. The information request is necessary in order to protect the integrity of the CRL Network system, to identify who uses our system, to provide you with a customized experience, and to reduce any instances of fraudulent activity.
	1.2 Ad Submission. When you submit a property advertisement listing to the CRL Network system, we identify the ad as yours and record the information and images you submit with the advertisement. We record any dates and times of all changes you make to the ad and keep all final changes on file. We also record the statistics associated with the advertisement such as (but not limited to) hits, views and contact inquiries.
	1.3 CRL Network MailX System. If you initiate an email to a CRL Resource Partner contact or member of CRL BrokerConnect™ via our CRL Network MailX system to inquire, provide service, obtain service, or to purchase services or product, your message submitted via the CRL Network MailX system will be recorded.
	1.4 CRL Network User-To-Advertiser Inquiry. If you submit an inquiry via the advertiser Contact Info Contact link, your inquiry will be recorded with the advertisement. Both you and the advertiser will receive a copy of the inquiry. In addition, your inquiry may be gathered with the advertisement for access by the advertiser from the ad within the CRL Network system.
	1.5 CRL Network User-To-User Note. If you submit a message via the "Send To a Friend" feature, your submission will be recorded.
	1.6 Recommend CRL Network-To-a-Friend. From time to time, we may invite our customers and web site visitors to tell a friend about CRL Network products, services or events. If a customer or visitor chooses to recommend a friend to us, we will use that friend's information only for the purposes of sending CRL Network-related information to that friend. We will use the information only once and it will not be stored in our systems.
	1.7 Payment to CRL Network. If you provide payment to CRL Network for CRL Network services, CRL Network will record specific information to help validate the payment request. If you pay by credit card, we will not record the credit card number you use. We will record the approval or non-approval codes sent back from our credit card processor. If you pay by bank check or Online Bank Payment, we will retain information regarding your payment method for our records for a period of up to three years.
	1.8 Other Correspondence. If you send personal correspondence, such as e-mail, letters, documents, or if third parties send us correspondence about your activities which pertain to the CRL Network website, we may collect this information in your CRL Network file.

2. Information Disclosure

In order to facilitate the exchange of information about available property, it is necessary to exchange information which will identify the advertiser, although we do not disclose the email addresses of advertisers or search users. In general, the information that we collect about you and your use of our site is used for several purposes:

	To facilitate and customize your navigation through the CRL Network site without having to re-enter your user information and password during your visit
	To aggregate and provide summarized data concerning your property listing activities, inquiries and want ad submissions for your use
	To help in the resolution of disputes or problems, to ensure adherence to our Terms of Service Agreement, and to attempt to reduce instances of fraudulent activity
	To provide you with a email notices of the CRL Network New Listing Alerts (if you have so requested)
	To provide you with customized support for any questions you have concerning CRL Network or your CRL Network account

Please realize that we cannot absolutely assure you that your information will never be disclosed to third parties in a manner other than is described in this document. Your transmissions may be intercepted by illegal methods, and information which is collected by advertisers may be misused. In all cases, we endeavor to protect your information using all reasonable efforts but we cannot guarantee that we can protect it. The information that you provide to us in addition to the information that we gather about your activities on our site may be disclosed as follows:

	2.1 CRL Network Property Ad Listings. The name and the phone number of the advertiser will be displayed with all property ads. We do not include your email address in the body of your ad as this encourages unsolicited "spam" messages.
	2.2 CRL Network Want Ads. The advertiser has the option whether or not the user wishes to include their name and/or phone number. We do not include your email address in the body of your ad as this encourages unsolicited "spam" messages.
	2.3 CRL Network MailX System. If you submit a message via the CRL Network MailX system, any information you provide in the template will be sent to the recipients you've designated including your email address.
	2.4 CRL Network User-To-Advertiser Inquiry. If you submit a message via the "Contact" text box in any CRL Network property advertisement, your email address, and if you so fill out, your name and phone number, and message will be sent to the advertiser.
	2.5 CRL Network User-To-User Note. If you submit a message via the "Send To a Friend" feature, your email address and message will be transmitted to the email address you designate in the template.

3. Your Use of Others' Information

While using the CRL Network system, you agree to respect the personal information which is provided to you by the CRL Network system. It is a violation of this policy to use any information gained by the use of the CRL Network system against the interests of CRL Network. In addition, it is against this policy for a user to sell or otherwise profit from third- party use of personal information obtained through the normal course of business while using the CRL Network system.

4. Your Use of the CRL Network Communication Tools

You may not use any CRL Network communication tool to send spam, harassing messages, or any other content which would violate this policy or the CRL Network Terms of Service Agreement. The CRL Network Communication tools have been created to help facilitate the exchange of information related to commercial real estate properties and services on the CRL Network system. Any use contrary to this end is prohibited by CRL Network and will result in the suspension of these CRL Network privileges.

5. Your Password

You are responsible for any communications or requests submitted using your email address. Please do not disclose your password to anyone for any reason. If you forget your password, CRL Network will email you your password but we will not disclose your password over the phone. If you use a shared computer, you should log off of the CRL Network system when you finish your session to avoid unauthorized use of your account.

6. Final Statements

Precautions
We take many precautions to safeguard your personal information but it is necessary for you to understand that an impenetrable security does not exist on the internet. You can substantially limit the misuse of your personal information by using common sense regarding the dissemination of sensitive data. It is never recommended to send your credit card numbers, banking information or other sensitive information via email. In addition, if you are ever uncomfortable providing sensitive personal information, you should fully investigate the request and resolve all concerns prior to providing any such information to a third party. If you have any questions concerning our Privacy Policy or any CRL Network policy, you may contact us by email, phone, or postal mail.

Our web site contains links to information on other web sites. We do not have any control over these other web sites, and therefore we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting those sites. Unsubscribing From CRL Network Email Updates, News and Special Offers
If you have Registered CRL Network Account, you may change your preferences at any time by and following these instructions (which are also provided in the CRL Network Email Updates - Email pages):

Log In to your CRL Network account. Select the "Account Info" link and you will be presented with your Account Profile. Click on the 'Edit Profile' button at the bottom of the page and then unselect the 'Email Updates' box.

7. Your Consent

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of the information you provide to us as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and without notice. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will publish those changes on this page.
