Property listings start as low as $40 for a 30-day Posting when you use our CRL Credit System for payment. Visit Costs and Listing Options to learn more about our advertising options. How can I change my password or user email address? Your original password was emailed to you immediately after you registered for an account. If you forgot your password simply go to the Log In area of CRL Network and you will be prompted with a 'Forgot your password' link and we will email your password to the address you specified. To change your password you must Log In and go to the My Account area and click on Account Info. This will display all your account information and all other options for your account. To edit your password or your email address, click on the 'Edit Profile' button at the bottom of the page. Once you have edited your password or email address be sure to click on 'Save Profile'. How do I change any of my account contact information? To change any information you must Log In and go to the My Account area and click on Account Info. This will display all your account information and all other options for your account. To edit any information, click on the 'Edit Profile' button at the bottom of the page. Once you have edited your information be sure to click on 'Save Profile'. Do I have to attach my corporate logo and where will it show up? We recommend you attach your corporate logo so that it will always appear within all your ad listings' contact info. To attach your logo simply click on the 'Browse' button. This will open a 'Choose file' window on your desktop so that you can select the appropriate gif or jpeg logo file. Select the logo and then click the 'Open' button within your 'Choose file' window and your logo file will automatically be placed with your Account Info. To view your logo you must first click on the 'Save Profile' button. Note: for best results, logo files should be supplied as a transparent gif image or matted against our default blue background (please use colour #E6EDF7) and should be a maximum of 250 pixels horizontal dimension. How do I enter my Corporate Profile and where will it appear? It is not necessary to enter a Corporate Profile however; this feature is designed to allow you to promote your company or professional services. Your profile may be a maximum of 2000 characters. To attach your profile simply cut and paste text directly into the window provided. To view your Corporate Profile you must first click on the 'Save Profile' button. Who is an Associate? An Associate can be anyone else working within your organization that you would also like to grant access to your CRL Network account for the purpose of placing and editing ad listings for themselves or others in your organization. How do I add an Associate user to My Account? To ad an Associate you simply Log In to your account, go to the Account Info area and click on 'My Associates'. Next click on the button 'Add Associate' and proceed to enter the appropriate information for the Associate user and then click on the 'Save Associate' button. The Associate user will now be sent an email notification welcoming them to use the CRL Network resources along with a password to Log In to their account. You will be able to confirm the activation of their account once they Log In and accept the CRL Network 'Terms of Service' agreement by checking you're My Associates list to the right under the 'Verified' heading. Their acceptance of the Terms of Service will be indicated under the Verified heading and will be confirmed by a 'Yes' and under the 'Status' heading they will be 'Active' and ready to use their account. You may ad as many Associate users as you require. What can an Associate do as a user of My Account? An Associate user of your account can place, edit and manage ad listings once you transfer CRL Credits to them (See 'Using CRL Credits' below for more info). Can I suspend or delete an Associate at any time? If for any reason you wish to temporarily suspend or permanently delete an Associate user you may do so at any time. Simply Log In to your account, go to Account Info, My Associates and then click on the Associates users name from the list, click on 'Edit Associate' at the bottom of the information page, check the box at the bottom titled 'Suspended' and click on the 'Save Associate' button. You will notice under the 'Status' field beside their name it will now indicate 'Suspended'. If you intend to delete an Associate user from your account you must first withdraw all CRL Credits from the Associate users account (See 'How do I transfer to or withdraw CRL Credits from Associate users?' below for more info). To delete an Associate follow the same procedure however instead of checking the 'Suspended' box, you will need to click on the 'Delete Associate' button at the bottom of the page. This action will delete them from your list. Suspended or deleted Associate users will immediately be denied access to their CRL Network account and their contact information will be removed from any ad listings they were listed as contacts for. You may also verify this information by going to the 'Reports' area in your Account Info and clicking on the 'Audit Log' to view all activities and timing concerning your account activities. Can I monitor how Associates are using CRL Network? Yes you can monitor all activities and track ad listings of your Associate users. When you Log In to your account and go to Account Info, My Associates, click on the name of the Associate user and you will see an indication of the number ad listings they have at a glance. To see the individual ad listings they have active or expired go to the 'Reports' area under your 'Account Info' and click on 'Listings'. From here you will be able to select the name of any individual Associate user and then select any type or all of their ad listings by area. Simply hit the 'Go' button to generate the report. You can print any report generated by simply clicking on the 'Print' button once you have generated the report. I am trying to register an Associate however when I enter their email address it indicates that the email address is already in use? In the event one of your Associate users has already registered themselves with CRL Network with an account and you prefer to have them registered under your corporate account, please notify our Client Care Help Desk using this Email Form and let us know the individuals name and email address and we will deactivate their account so that you may proceed to register them under your account. What are CRL Credits and how do I purchase them? CRL Credits are a method of payment for placing ad listings on CRL Network. Credits may be purchased once you register an account with CRL Network using our automated registration process. CRL Credits are designed to offer ease of use and allow you to control your advertising spending while offering you the most cost effective purchase option that best suits your needs. Will CRL Credits expire? No. CRL Credits will never expire and may be accessed anytime through your account as long as it is active and you continue to meet the CRL Network 'Terms of Service'. CRL Network does not however, provide refunds for unused CRL Credits. How do I know how many CRL Credits I have? You may check your account balance anytime by accessing your Account Info and go to the 'My Credits' area and click on 'Credit Balance' to view your account credit balance, date of last purchase and the amount of your last purchase. This balance will not reflect the balance of CRL Credits that your Associate users have in their individual accounts. You may view the balance of CRL Credits in their accounts by going to the My Associates area and selecting the name of an individual Associate user (See how to withdraw CRL Credits from Associate users below). Can I check how many CRL Credits have been used and for what ads? Yes. Simply go to your Account Info, My Credits and click on 'Credit History' and you can view the purchase and use of all CRL Credits by ad listing in descending date order. How do I transfer to or withdraw CRL Credits from Associate users? Log In to your account, under Account Info, click on the My Credits area and click on 'Manage Credits'. This will indicate your account balance and under the Manage Associate Credits, allow you to select the option to either 'Assign to' or 'Withdraw from', then select the Associate name and then enter the number of CRL Credits you wish to transfer to or from their account. To complete the transaction click on the 'Next' button to review a confirmation of your transfer and click on the 'Confirm Transfer' button to proceed or 'Prev' button to modify your request. As an Associate, how do I get more CRL Credits? Contact the administrator in your organization that manages your CRL Network account. Who should I contact if I have questions concerning payments, a transaction invoice or my CRL Credit balance? For questions concerning your transaction invoice or payments please contact our Billing Department by email at billing@crlnetwork.com or by phone at 1-866-225-3356. For questions concerning your CRL Credit balance please contact our Administration Department by email at admin@crlnetwork.com or by phone at 1-866-225-3356. How do I place a For Sale or For Lease ad listing? Log In to your account, under Account Info go to the Place New Listings area and select the desired type of ad listing, either For Sale or For Lease, and proceed to provide the required information. You will notice a page guide at the top of the process to let you know where you are in the process at all times. You may go back and change any information during the process at any time. Please ensure that you have sufficient CRL Credits available in your account before you proceed to successfully place you ad listing. How long will it take for a new ad listing to appear? Once you confirm your ad during the placement process your ad listing will be immediately viewable on CRL Network.com! How do I assign multiple contacts to an ad listing? All contacts in a CRL Network ad listing must be registered Associate users under your account. If you wish to have multiple contacts in an ad listings you must first register contacts as Associate users and they must activate their account by accepting the Terms of Service agreement online. Contacts may be added during the ad placement process at the 'Contacts' part of the process. Why does my email address not show in the Contact Info? We purposely do not show your email address in the Contact Info area of your ad listing. This is for your privacy and security. The CRL Network MailX email contact system will however, deliver all email contact requests directly to your registered email address as soon as the request is made by a user. Why does my property listing appear in the New Listing area? All new ad listings appear randomly as New Listings in the Regional Home page within the first 30 days they are placed. How do I upload or edit a photograph, image or PDF attachment? During the Place New Ad Listing process you may attach up to 8 photos or images to your ad listing. To attach your images simply click on the 'Browse' button next to each image window. This will open a 'Choose file' window on your desktop so that you can select the appropriate image file. Once you have selected the desired image file, click the 'Open' button within your 'Choose file' window and the image file will automatically be placed in the image data field. The 'Primary Image' will be the image that appears in your ad listing summary search display. Continue this process until you have selected all your images, up to 8 in total. If you would like to attach a property brochure or other PDF document to accompany your listing please use the Browse button in the 'Listing Attachment (PDF)' area on the same page and repeat the process to select the desired PDF file from your files. Once you have selected all your images and optional PDF file, click on the 'Upload Images/Attachment Now' button to attach all the selected files to your ad listing. This may take several moments depending on the file sizes. Your image files can be any size however; you should review your images to make sure you load the most appropriate image as the Primary Image. You may go back and edit or delete your images at any time. Can I promote one property address that has multiple suites or units? Yes. During the ad listing process on the Summary Information page you will be presented with the option to select a 'Listing Type'. If you have a property with multiple units or suites for lease or sale, select the Type B 'Multiple Unit' radio button and later in the listing process you will be presented with a 'Sub-units' data entry option for entering your multi-unit/suite information including unit/suite numbers, total area per unit/suite and a brief description of each unit/suite. The cost for this is 1 additional CRL Credit. How do I ad the attention getting icons? During the ad listing process on the Summary Information page you will be presented with the option to select a maximum of any 3 'Attention Icons' to bring more attention to your listing on the Summary Search return pages. How can I make my ad listing a Featured Property? During the ad listing process on the Summary Information page you will be presented with the option to check the Featured Property check box directly under the 'Listing Type' options. The cost for this is 2 additional CRL Credits. How and why should I order CRL Signage to promote my online ad listing? You may consult our CRL Resource Partner directory at any time to locate a CRL Signage provider in your area. On-site CRL Signage is available with your properties' unique CRL Code that will direct prospects to your listing information on CRLNetwork.com. Can I print a copy of an ad listing as a promotional spec sheet for clients? Yes. When you view any of your ad listings you can select the 'Print' option to display a print friendly version of your ad listing details and contact information. Print as many copies as required. How can I see all my active ad listings? Log In to your account. In your Account Info area go to 'My Listings' and select from your For Sale or For Lease listings. A list of all active listings you are a contact for will be displayed with key information including CRL Code, Address, City, Type, Ad Creation and Expiry Date, Status, the number of Views your ad has received. If you are the primary contact for any of the ad listings displayed there will be a 'Renew' option displayed at the far right of the data fields, allowing you to renew your ad listing prior to expiry. Above the data fields there is a 'Show Expired' button that you can click on to show all your expired listings that you have the option of making active again at any time. Will I be notified of an active ad listing that is going to expire? Yes. You will receive an email notifying you 7 days and, if not renewed, again 1 day prior to you're listing expiry date. How do I renew an ad listing? Log In to your account and you may renew your listing directly from the Account Info area under My Listings. Select your For Sale or For Lease listings and if you are the primary contact on a listing, a Renew link will appear on the right side of each ad listing summary. You must have sufficient CRL Credits in your account prior to renewing a listing. How can I view a specific ad listing to see what it looks like without doing a search? Enter the CRL Code into the express search at the top right navigation bar or Log In to your account, in the Account Info area go to My Listings, select your For Sale or For Lease listings and click on the 'View' link next to the CRL Code. How can I edit an active ad listing and how long will changes take to appear? Log In to your account, in the Account Info area go to My Listings, select your For Sale or For Lease listings and click on the specific CRL Code link and the listing information will appear. Then click on the 'Edit' button on the bottom of the listing page and all your data fields will become edit fields. Once you have edited the fields on a page click on the 'Next' button to proceed to the next edit page or, if you are done editing on any given page you can click on 'Confirm Changes'. To save all your changes you must click on the 'Save Changes' button on the final Confirmation page. All your change edits will be available instantly once you click on Save Changes. Can I keep ad listings in My Account after they expire for future use? Yes. You may keep all your expired listings. They will automatically be saved and can be found in the My Account area under My Listings. Click on your For Sale or For Lease listings and then click on the 'Show Expired' button to view all expired listings. You may also delete expired ad listings by clicking on the 'Delete' button. What if an active ad listing becomes Sold or Leased during the ad listing period? All ad listings once they are active have a status field; either For Sale or For Lease and in the event your ad listing becomes sold or leased you can change the status field to reflect this. Your ad listing will continue to be active until it expires however the status will be clearly marked sold or leased. This provides you continued exposure. To change the status of an ad listing; Log In to your account, in the Account Info area go to My Listings, select your For Sale or For Lease listings and click on the specific listing and proceed to click Edit and on the bottom of the first page you will find a 'Status' heading that you can edit to indicate sold or leased depending on the ad type. How do I check how many times my ad listing details have been viewed? Log In to your account. In your Account Info area go to 'My Listings' and select from your For Sale or For Lease listings. A list of all active listings you are a contact for will be displayed with key information including CRL Code, Address, City, Type, Ad Creation and Expiry Date, Status, the number of Views your ad has received. How can I see all my expired ad listings? Log In to your account. In your Account Info area go to 'My Listings' and select from your For Sale or For Lease listings. Above the data fields there is a 'Show Expired' button that you can click on to show all your expired listings that you have the option of making active again at any time. How often can I update my ad listing information and when will my updates appear? You may update your ad listing information as often and whenever you need to. All your updates will appear immediately. Can I check to see all the CRL Ad listings I am listed as a contact for? Yes. Log In to your account. In your Account Info area go to 'My Listings' and select from your For Sale or For Lease listings. A list of all active listings you are a contact for will be displayed with key information including CRL Code, Address, City, Type, Ad Creation and Expiry Date, Status, the number of Views your ad has received. If you are the primary contact for any of the ad listings displayed there will be a 'Renew' option displayed at the far right of the data fields, allowing you to renew your ad listing prior to expiry. As an Associate, if I email an ad listing to a prospect client using the 'Email Ad Listing' feature, will only my Contact Info appear in the ad information? Yes. All you have to do is use the feature and CRL Network will recognize you as a Contact and only include your name in the contact field. As an Associate, how do I get more CRL Credits? Contact the administrator in your organization that manages your CRL Network account. Who can place a Wanted Ad? Any registered user of CRL Network can place a Wanted Ad for free. How do I place a Wanted Ad? Log In to your account, under Account Info, go to the Place New Listings area and select Want Ad, and proceed to provide the required information. You may go back and change any information during the process at any time. You will also have the option of requesting that your contact information remain hidden. Any replies to your Wanted Ad will be sent through the CRL Network email system. Who can become a CRL Resource Partner and how can I advertise my services? As a professional service provider to the commercial real estate community, you may apply to CRL Network to become listed as a CRL Resource Partner in our directory by contacting us at sales@crlnetwork.com and we will respond to you promptly. You must be a registered user of CRL Network. What if my type of profession is not currently listed? Please apply by contacting us by email at sales@crlnetwork.com and we will review your request. Can I list in more than one Sub-Region or Region? Yes. You may list your services in any number of CRL Sub-Regions as long as you have the ability to provide service to that area. Who can be listed in the CRL BrokerConnect™ directory and how do I get listed? Any licensed commercial real estate broker or agent can request to list their services in our CRL BrokerConnect™ directory by contacting us by email at sales@crlnetwork.com. You must be a registered user of CRL Network. How will I receive contact emails? We purposely do not show your email address in the Contact Info area of your CRL BrokerConnect™ directory listing. This is for your privacy and security. The CRL Network contact system will however, deliver all email contact requests directly to your registered email address as soon as the request is made by a user.
