Your original password was emailed to you immediately after you registered for an account. If you forgot your password, simply go to the Log In area of CRL Network, attempt a Log In and you will be prompted with a 'Forgot your password' link and we will email your password to the address you specified. To change your password you must Log In and go to the My Account area and click on Account Info. This will display all your account information and all other options for your account. To edit your password or your email address, click on the 'Edit Profile' button at the bottom of the page. Once you have edited your password or email address be sure to click on 'Save Profile'. How do I Edit My Account Info? To change any information you must Log In and go to the My Account area and click on Account Info. This will display all your account information and all other options for your account. To edit any information, click on the 'Edit Profile' button at the bottom of the page. Once you have edited your information be sure to click on 'Save Profile'. Is My Information Private and Secure? Yes. CRL Network does not share your information with anyone. Your account information is only used by you to manage your contact information and by CRL Network to contact you with CRL Network system emails, news or service updates. Your email address is only provided by you when you contact someone relative to an ad listing or service you are interested in. For more information please review our Privacy Policy. How can I find a Broker or Agent to help me in my area? You must Log In to your account and then from the My Account menu click on the CRL Resource Partners area. From the CRL Resource Partners search menu, select BrokerConnect (Brokers/Agents) and then select the Country, Region and CRL Sub-Region you are interested in obtaining assistance in. Once you have made your selections press the 'Go' button and you will be presented with a list of those Brokers and Agents that have registered with CRL Network that can assist you. You will be able to review individual Brokers and Agents expertise and experience to help you determine the best qualified Broker or Agent that can help you with your commercial property leasing, purchasing or selling requirements. How can I save ad listings that interest me to My Portfolio? You must Log In to your account before searching for ad listings. Once you are Logged In you will see the 'My Portfolio' link in the My Account area. While you are Logged In and searching ad listings, on the 'View Details' page, you will see an 'Add To Portfolio' link directly under the primary image. To save the ad listing to you're My Portfolio, simply click on the link and the ad listing will be added. To remove an ad listing simply click on the 'Remove From Portfolio' link that will appear on all ad listings that are already saved to your portfolio. To view ad listings saved you must be Logged In and you can simply click on the My Portfolio link in the My Account area and your saved ad listings will be presented. How can I receive a new Listing Alert? You must Log In to your account and then from the My Account menu click on the Account Info area. From there go the 'My Listing Alerts' menu at the bottom left of the Account Info options and click on the 'Listing Alert List'. You will now be presented with an 'Add New Listing Alert' button. Click on the button and then select the ad Category, Country, Region, Listing Type and Notice options; then click on the 'Submit' button and your new Listing Alert will be created. The Notice option allows you to specify the frequency you wish to receive new listing alert notices; you have the option of receiving either daily or weekly emails if any new CRL Network ad listings are received that meet your criteria. How can I place a Want Ad? Log In to your account, under Account Info, go to the Place New Listings area, select Want Ad, and proceed to provide the required information. You may go back and change any information during the process at any time. You will also have the option of requesting that your contact information remain anonymous by hiding your name and email address. Any replies to your Wanted Ad will be sent through the CRL Network email system. Your contact info will be shown as "Contact Advertiser". How should I send comments or feedback?
